Arrival: all wrestlers need to show up at 6:30 am to help make pizzas. We are making pizzas to cook at the event. We need everyone there to help make the process go smoothly. It won’t take long.

Wrestling starts at 9:15. That means we have a worker meeting and referee meeting at 8:45.

You are all needed for these jobs. Will one of you please post this into your group chat. Two per table to help with points and scoring his a must at these tournaments. If your name is not listed, you will be a floater helping out.

After the tournament is over (1:30 pm ish), we have to take the mats and put them back at the middle school. We also need to set up the wrestling room again for practices. The mats all need to be taped once laid out.

Please do not skip out on these jobs. The more of us putting mats away, the faster everything will go. I’ll for sure be taking attendance to see who is there and for how long. Do your part if you want to wrestle the next event.

Thanks for all your help yesterday, today, and tomorrow. This weekend is daunting and demanding. It’ll be worth it when you see all the little kids enjoying the sport tomorrow, trust me. There will be many great memories tomorrow.
