Hello Everyone,

We will have our first open mat tomorrow, Monday, November 9th at 5:00 PM-6:00 PM.

You will have to complete a health assessment, temperature check, and wear a mask throughout the duration of this open mat (including wrestling activities). Mats will be cleaned before wrestling and after wrestling. Showers have not been available after practices, so come prepared knowing this might not be a possibility. We will enter and leave through the “athletic/weight room” doors to the high school.

Show up at 4:45 to start letting us get through the screening process in a timely manner. There will be NO coaching at this session. Please plan your workouts and drills for an hour’s worth of activity.
