Skinfold Pod 1

Skinfolds (fat testing) will take place on two occasions. Each pod will have a separate day to do their testing. The first Skinfold will be on Tuesday, November 24th starting at 3:30 before practice. Athletes must pass a hydration test before they skinfold. Drink water and make good choices about food before this if you are looking at going to a specific weight. Pods have not been assigned yet due to not knowing exact numbers. Pods will be finalized once we have a clear number of wrestlers. That will be communicated with you ASAP.
